What’s a typical day as Manufacturing Calibration Technician? You’ll be: Following established procedures to calibrate, test, and prepare advanced instruments for shipping. Serving as the first line of troubleshooting for diagnosing and resolving equipment issues. Participating in group problem-solving sessions and process improvement initiatives. Reporting directly to the Manufacturing Supervisor as part of the on-site Production Team. This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing machines/hardware calibration and using data to calibrate manufacturing equipment (must-have). Hold an Associate’s degree in a technical field such as Computer, Engineering, or Life Sciences (must-have). Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a basic understanding of statistical methods, techniques, formulas, and tests (must-have). Demonstrate a proactive attitude, take initiative, and ask questions as needed. Can follow both verbal and written instructions and work effectively as part of a team. Have good communication skills.

• Preferred) Bring experience with calibration, automation, centrifuges, plate readers, or familiarity with chemistry and liquid handling equipment.
• Preferred) Have worked with Beckman, Agilent, or Hamilton equipment.
