Senior Business Transformation Manager

Drive the multi-year strategic roadmap for business transformation domain Serve as an expert in re-engineering conventional business processes Translate business objectives into detailed solution specifications Directly own and drive the execution of strategic initiatives Act as portfolio leader for cross-functional decisions Monitor external marketplace for emerging capabilities Partner with Finance to track value realization metrics Manage the health of assigned business capabilities Requirements Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience Six or more years of relevant experience required Experience in Business Transformation, Strategic Planning, or a related field Master’s degree (even better) MBA a plus Marketing, Media, or Agency Experience (strongly preferred) Deep understanding of workflows and challenges in high-end creative production Advanced change management capabilities Proven track record of navigating organizational resistance Product strategy and agile proficiency Experience as a Product Manager in MarTech environment Expertise in transformation methodologies Advanced financial and analytical literacy Systems thinking and collaborative orchestration mindset Hard Skills Business Transformation Strategic Planning Change Management Product Strategy Agile MarTech Transformation Methodologies Financial Literacy Analytical Literacy Systems Thinking Soft Skills Leadership Collaboration Organizational Resistance Navigation Communication Strategic Initiative Execution Cross-Functional Decision Making Value Realization Tracking Workflow Understanding Creative Production Challenges Portfolio Management Certifications & Qualifications Bachelor's Degree Master's Degree MBA #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
