Medical Assistant - OBGYN Outpatient Clinic
Location: Los Angeles, CA 90048
Float Location: Los Feliz, CA 90027 (rare)
Shift: 8-hour shift between 6:00 AM 6:00 PM
We are seeking an experienced Medical Assistant to support an outpatient OBGYN clinic. The role includes patient rooming, vital signs, assisting providers, blood/lab draws, venipuncture, specimen collection, and other clinical and administrative duties. Occasional floating to the Los Feliz location may be required.
Qualifications- 2+ years of outpatient clinic experience
- 1+ year of OBGYN experience
- Medical Assistant diploma from a DAPIP-accredited program
- BLS - AHA or ARC only
- High School Diploma/GED
- Proficiency with blood/lab draws and venipuncture
- Flu vaccine required
- Must be flexible to float to other clinic locations when needed
