A well-established value-based primary care clinic in Seattle (downtown), Washington is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join its team, seeing pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients. Compensation & Benefits Base salary for this role is $146,000 - $155,250 annually. However, actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate. 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and health insurance for all team members working 24+ hours starting on the team member's date of hire. Paid sabbatical for every five years of service. Position Details Outpatient only. Pediatric, adult, and Geriatric patients. Mix of well visits and acute care. Average of 16 patients per day. Full‑time schedule: Monday‑Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. What You'll Be Working On Managing your own patient panel with a wide range of needs, including acute, chronic, and preventive care. Treating patients in the office, in testing centers, and occasionally via telehealth. Participating in weekly Clinical Rounds and other ongoing learning opportunities. Collaborating daily with in‑office teammates through huddles and coordinated care discussions. Utilizing your clinical training and performing in‑office procedures as appropriate. Qualifications Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. In the past 5 years, practiced as a Nurse Practitioner for at least 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting, or 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting, coupled with either a year of primary care fellowship or 1+ years in an urgent care setting.
