Overview Licensed Practical Nurses are needed at Rochester Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing, a skilled nursing facility located in Rochester, NY. Responsibilities Record health details of residents, including vitals and temperature. Administer medications and injections to residents as needed. Treat and dress wounds and bedsores as needed. May supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). Assist residents with dressing and personal hygiene. Monitor residents’ food and liquid intake and output. Qualifications Valid NY State LPN license. In good standing with State Registry. Must be able to work as a team member.
