Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Must hold state licensure to practice as an SLP
• ASHA CCCs or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) required
• Prior pediatric experience or demonstrated interest in serving school-aged children
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with students, staff, and families
• Commitment to best practices and ongoing professional development

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat students with a variety of speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEPs
• Collaborate regularly with educators, parents, and multi-disciplinary teams to optimize student support
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, progress, and services
• Provide guidance and resources to school staff and families for carryover of intervention strategies
• Participate actively in professional meetings, school activities, and relevant trainings
