What you’ll be doing: Conducting in‑person assessments and evaluations Developing and implementing behavior intervention plans Providing direct, in‑person BCBA supervision to RBTs Collaborating closely with families and caregivers Analyzing data and making real‑time treatment adjustments What we’re looking for: Active BCBA certification Required Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities Required Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Someone who thrives in a hands‑on, in‑person environment Position details: Full‑time and part‑time options available In‑person services in home and/or community settings Monday to Friday daytime hours Flexible scheduling within your assigned caseload Compensation: Competitive hourly pay Salary $100,000-$130,000 Bonus opportunities Performance bonuses Retention incentives Make an impact where it matters.
