To support the permitting operations in New Mexico, the full-time New Mexico Licensed Project Manager will manage multiple permitting projects, advise clients on approval processes, and collaborate with municipal officials to expedite project timelines in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities: Gain a deep understanding of local permitting rules across various markets to streamline complex processes Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through intricate approval processes for efficient outcomes Build and maintain strong relationships with municipal staff to accelerate approval times Required Qualifications: 6+ years of experience in architecture, construction, or permitting with demonstrated involvement in various permitting processes Strong familiarity with local building codes, zoning regulations, and permitting processes, particularly in the San Antonio, TX area Excellent communication abilities and a talent for building relationships with clients and municipal officials Skilled in using relevant software tools and adaptable in learning new systems
