As the leader for assigned properties, you’ll manage food and beverage sales goals, service clients/groups, and ensure every event exceeds expectations. Your expertise will shine as you collaborate with the Director of Sales or Director of Catering/Convention Services, helping the hotel achieve revenue, satisfaction scores, and sales targets. This position is an overtime eligible manager (OEM), overtime does apply and is calculated accordingly. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE High school diploma (or equivalent) required; prior convention, event, or catering sales experience preferred. Creative thinker with food, beverage, and event knowledge; strong verbal and written communication skills for negotiation and sales. Valid driver’s license for the applicable state; proficient in Microsoft Office. Proven ability to work independently, multitask, organize, and present professionally.
