Deburr Specialist (Aerospace) - 1st & 2nd Shifts Available
Pay Ranges: $25-30/hr+ DOE & Shift Differential
Location: Hartford County Seeking a Deburr Specialist to perform precision polishing, finishing, deburring, and rework operations on aerospace components at the final stages of manufacturing. This role requires close attention to detail and the ability to maintain exact tolerances and surface finish requirements. Responsibilities

Location: Hartford County Seeking a Deburr Specialist to perform precision polishing, finishing, deburring, and rework operations on aerospace components at the final stages of manufacturing. This role requires close attention to detail and the ability to maintain exact tolerances and surface finish requirements. Responsibilities
- Perform polishing, deburring, chamfering, and finishing operations on aerospace parts to exact specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, work instructions, and computer-generated information
- Select the proper wheels, grits, abrasives, and compounds based on material type and finish requirements
- Repair and rework parts based on quality review and corrective action documentation
- Use precision measuring tools to verify dimensions and tolerances
- Perform temporary part marking and in-process identification using engraving, etching, or ink stamp methods
- Support lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain a safe, clean work environment and follow all safety procedures
- Experience performing deburring, polishing, finishing, or precision rework in an aerospace or manufacturing environment
- Ability to read blueprints and work from drawings and specifications
- Strong understanding of metal characteristics and appropriate finishing methods
- Experience using precision measuring tools and maintaining tight tolerances
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently under minimal supervision
- Aerospace manufacturing experience preferred
- 4% Company match on eligible compensation
