Digital Marketing Manager

Lead our digital marketing initiatives, from campaign strategy to execution, driving measurable results across paid, organic, and social channels for our eCommerce clients. Responsibility Own end-to-end digital marketing strategy across paid search, paid social, email, and organic channels for multiple clients. Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok with measurable ROAS targets. Collaborate with SEO and content teams to align organic and paid strategies. Manage client relationships, provide regular performance reporting, and identify growth opportunities. Develop email marketing and automation workflows to nurture leads and drive repeat purchases. Stay ahead of platform changes, algorithm updates, and emerging channels relevant to eCommerce. Qualification 4+ years of digital marketing experience with a proven track record in eCommerce. Hands-on experience managing paid media budgets across Google Ads and Meta Ads. Strong analytical skills and proficiency with GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and attribution tools. Experience with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar). Excellent project management and client communication skills. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Why Join Us?
