Clinical Supervisor (RN) - ICU - Full Time Night Shift

Clinical Supervisor – Registered Nurse A full‑time role (36 hours per week) at Southwest Healthcare Inland Valley Hospital in Wildomar, California. The hospital is a 122‑bed facility accredited by the Joint Commission with a trauma center, paramedic base, and specialist surgical centers. Responsibilities Provide excellence in patient care and collaborative, comprehensive care based on patient and/or family needs. Conduct assessments, treatment, and care on assigned unit(s). Practice in accordance with all regulatory, professional, legal and hospital policies. Demonstrate behaviors that model SWHS Core Values and mission. Act as a resource and leader in assigned unit(s). Use critical thinking for patient care management and patient flow; define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Qualifications Two (2) years of recent department‑specific experience. Charge nurse or supervisory experience preferred. Completion of an accredited Registered Nursing program (BSN preferred). Current California RN license. American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, PALS. NIH Stroke Certification. TNCC (within 6 months of hire, IVMC ICU only). CCRN (ICU) or PCCN (PCU) strongly encouraged.
