Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in pediatric clients (ages 18 months to 21 years).
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's needs and goals.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to support client progress.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and clinic guidelines.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, collaborative clinic culture.

Qualifications

• Education: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Licensure: Active Georgia SLP license or eligibility to obtain before start date.
• Experience: Open to new graduates; clinical experience with pediatric populations preferred.
• Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills; passion for helping children succeed.
