Four Seasons Resort RanchoEncantado Santa Fe is seeking a hardworking and driven individual for our housekeeping team- a house attendant who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do and shares our passion for service excellence! What are we looking for? A genuine, caring, and compassionate professional with a strong passion for hospitality and a natural ability to connect authentically with guests Demonstrates integrity and accountability in all actions and exhibits confidence when making decisions to deliver a luxury-level experience A collaborative team player who actively supports and encourages colleagues to achieve shared success What would you bring to the table? 1+ years housekeeping experience, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment Flexible schedule- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays What would my job responsibilities be? Restock guest room supplies and linens in service areas and maintain cleanliness of pathways, laundry rooms, supply closets, and all assigned zones Remove all trash and recyclables and dispose of them properly Deliver and pick up guest‑request items promptly Assist Guest Room Attendants with tasks such as putting on bed skirts, rotating mattresses, handling sheers and drapes, and moving furniture Clean and prepare arrival rooms, ensuring there are no missing items and upholding Four Seasons quality standards Assist the housekeeping team during absences or periods of high demand What will it be like working for us?
