At Globe Life Liberty National Division Violand Agency, we help individuals and families protect their financial future through life and supplemental health insurance.

We’re looking for motivated, people-oriented individuals who are ready to learn, build relationships, and work toward meaningful goals. Previous insurance experience isn’t required, but a strong work ethic, a coachable attitude, and follow-through are essential.

What you’ll do:

• Connect with prospective clients and business owners.
• Learn about their needs and explain available insurance options.
• Schedule appointments, deliver presentations, and follow up with prospects.
• Build client relationships and work toward sales goals.
• Participate in ongoing training and team development.

Compensation:

This is a commission-only position with a weekly draw against commissions. The draw is an advance against commission earnings, rather than a base salary. Details of the draw structure and applicable terms will be explained during the interview process.

First-year earning potential is $75,000–$85,000 , with the opportunity to earn more based on performance. Actual earnings vary based on sales results and are not guaranteed.

Additional earning opportunities include:

• Potential weekly bonuses based on performance and eligibility.

• Lifetime renewal payments , offering the opportunity to build ongoing income from qualifying policies, subject to policy continuation and the terms of the compensation agreement.
