Senior Data Scientist

Essential skill -Palantir Foundry:


- 3+ years of Hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry or other Palantir platforms.


Required Skills and Qualifications:


Proficiency with Palantir Foundry:


- 3+ years of Hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry or other Palantir platforms.


- 5+ years of programming in Python, SQL, or Java essential for data analysis and manipulation


- Experience working with large datasets, including knowledge of distributed computing tools like Apache Spark, which can be integrated with Palantir Foundry.


- Proficiency in using Code Workbooks or Pipeline Builder to write and execute Python, Java or SQL scripts for data processing.


- Ability to model and organize data into an ontology within Foundry, creating logical structures that make data easy to access and use.


- Strong understanding of integrating data from multiple sources into Foundry, including ETLELT processes such as data transformation and analysis workflows.


- Experience in building, managing, and optimizing data pipelines in Foundry to ensure efficient data flow and processing.


- Knowledge of DevOps practices, including CICD pipelines and version control (e.g., Git).


Palantir Data Governance and Security:


- Understanding how to implement and utilize data lineage features within Palantir to track data origins, transformations, and usage.


- Knowledge of setting up and managing data access controls within Palantir, ensuring compliance with data governance policies.


- Experience ensuring data usage complies with organizational and regulatory requirements, leveraging Palantir compliance tools.
