Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Program Manager with 15+ years of experience in the Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical domain to lead large scale, cross functional programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, ensuring GxP compliance , managing stakeholders, and delivering complex projects across R&D, manufacturing, quality, and regulatory functions . Key Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple large scale programs/projects across Life Sciences value chain Define program roadmap, scope, timelines, budget, and resource allocation Ensure successful delivery of programs aligned with business goals Establish governance frameworks and reporting structures Stakeholder Management Engage with senior leadership, business stakeholders, and cross functional teams Act as a primary point of contact for program status, risks, and escalations Manage vendor and third party relationships Regulatory & Compliance Oversight Ensure programs comply with: GxP (GMP, GLP, GCP) requirements FDA, EMA regulations 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11 (for digital programs) Drive audit readiness and support regulatory inspections Delivery & Execution Drive end to end program execution across: Clinical, R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality Monitor KPIs, milestones, risks, and dependencies Ensure adherence to SDLC / CSV / CSA methodologies (if IT/digital programs) Tech Mahindra is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
