Experience with CAD, Bluebeam, Procore Preferred Technical training and/or commensurate experience in the construction field with an emphasis on flooring (tile, terrazzo, or stone). Primary Duties Establishes and maintains close relationships with the construction industry, determining sales opportunities for the company, providing quotations on a timely basis. Plans and coordinates activities of designated projects to ensure that cost, schedule, and quality goals are achieved. Reviews project proposals or plan to determine staffing requirements, schedule, allocation of company resources, and procedures. Assists with directing and coordinating activities of project personnel to ensure that project progresses on schedule and within authorized budget. On an ongoing basis, confers with management & project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems.
