The Coquille Indian Tribe is seeking an LPN to provide patient healthcare under the supervision of the OTP Administrator and Medical Director. The LPN collaborates with medical providers and staff to ensure safe care and the development of standard operating procedures, including daily methadone dosing for KWC OTP patients. Clinic hours are Monday through Friday 5:30am to 2:30pm and Saturdays 5:30am to 10:30am. #J-18808-Ljbffr
