Pediatric Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) Foundations Pediatric Therapy is seeking an energetic, play-based Occupational Therapy Assistant to support therapy services for children in a growing program. The position is part-time with the potential to grow into full-time, located in a community-based setting at Kids First Sports Center. Kids First Sports Center offers over 100,000 square feet of youth sport facilities, including gymnastics, preschool gymnastics, swim, ninja, dance, and cheer programs, all under one roof. You will have the opportunity to support therapy in a vibrant, active, community-based environment surrounded by other youth sport professionals and programming, rather than a traditional clinical setting. Responsibilities: Provide individual and group-based occupational therapy services to children from birth through age 12, under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist. Implement treatment plans established by the supervising OT and monitor patient progress. Support families and provide guidance for carryover of skills. Collaborate with other professionals to support families served. Provide timely and accurate documentation of services. Schedule clients. Communicate and work effectively with other departments within the facility to support the program. Assist department leadership in shaping innovative, evidence-based programming as the department continues to grow. Requirements: Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program Current OTA license in the state of Ohio 1 or more years of experience working in pediatrics Strong desire to collaborate with other professionals Excellent written and verbal communication skills Compensation: $21–$27 per hour, commensurate with experience Equal Opportunity Employer Kids First is an equal opportunity employer.
