Clinical Nutrition Dietitian

Your future role at a glance Location: Frankfort, IN Facility: Wellness Preventative Care Department: Frankfort Employer Solutions Schedule: Monday - Friday 12 hours per week How you'll make an impact in this role Design personalized medical nutrition therapies that directly improve patient recovery outcomes and long-term health. Evaluate patient nutritional status to implement life-sustaining interventions, including specialized diet therapies and counseling. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including physicians and therapists—to ensure a holistic and integrated approach to patient wellness. Monitor and adjust nutritional regimens in real-time to ensure maximum treatment tolerance and clinical effectiveness. Champion nutritional excellence by resolving complex care challenges and ensuring the highest standards of dietary compliance and safety. What minimum qualifications you'll need Certification / Registration: One or more of the following required: Dietitian/Nutritionist credentialed from the Commission on Dietetic Registration obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Dietitian/Nutritionist credentialed from the Indiana Medical Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Educator specializing in Diabetes Management preferred. Education: High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
