- License/Certifications: Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology
- Experience: Recent patient-facing experience required
- Hourly Pay Rate: $479.70
- Pay package discussed upon application
- Weekly pay via direct deposit
- Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2)

- Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws
- Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements as applicable
- Provide outpatient hematology and oncology consulting and treatment
- Support low-volume clinic with approximately 15 patients per day
- Collaborate with APP support staff and a team of 3 physicians at the site
- Manage patient care independently in a solo provider setting
- Document patient encounters using Meditech EMR system
- Contribute to department efforts supporting 60/40 Hem/Onc workload balance
- Maintain compliance with all relevant clinical guidelines and protocols
- Current Kentucky medical license and board certification in Hematology/Oncology
- Recent experience in outpatient or clinic setting
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
