Medical Assistant - OB/GYN

OBGYN MA-C - Seattle, WA
This position is available for local, non-local, and true travel candidates. Start date: ASAP. Contract length: 13 weeks. Shift: 4x10hr days 0700-1730; Mon-Fri, but with 1 alternating day off each week. Years of experience required: at least 6 months of experience working as an MA in an adult outpatient clinic, OBGYN experience is highly preferred. First-timers accepted: yes. Weekend requirement: no. Certs required: BLS. Is on-call required? No. Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? As needed within skillset. Open to accommodating block schedule? No. Locals accepted: yes; considered "local" within 50 mile radius, will accept locals at the same rate. Pending license accepted: MA-C is required. RTO restrictions: confirm with hiring manager. Guaranteed hours: facility may call off traveler up to 1 shift per pay period (every 2 weeks).
Special notes: candidate is expected to have reliable transportation and no additional scheduling restrictions. All travel pairs will be required to have their own transportation. Special procedures/unit details: OBGYN background, procedure experience like LEEP/colposcopy, IUD insertions. Clinic sees 100-140 patients a day.
