This role focuses on providing personal care, companionship, and assistance with daily living activities while maintaining a safe, supportive, and comfortable environment. Benefits: Competitive salary 401(k) matching Bonus based on performance Dental insurance Vision insurance Training & development opportunities Company events and team parties Responsibilities: Assist with bathing and showering Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with dressing and personal grooming Prepare nutritious meals Perform light housekeeping tasks Assist with grocery shopping Provide incontinence care Help maintain a safe and clean home environment Schedule physician and laboratory appointments Assist with mobility and transfers while following safe lifting techniques Qualifications: Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required Experience providing incontinence care is preferred Ability to safely assist and support a client with mobility and transfers Comfortable working with a client who uses a wheelchair and is recovering from a stroke Ability to communicate in English; Spanish language skills are a plus but not required Reliable, punctual, compassionate, and patient Able to follow a care plan and communicate effectively Client Information: Client speaks English and Spanish Client uses a wheelchair and is recovering from a stroke.
