Warehouse AssociateWe are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, inventory handling, and material movement. This is a hands-on role that involves pulling orders, loading and unloading materials, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong work ethic who are looking to grow their warehouse experience. Forklift experience is a plus, but training may be provided for the right candidate.Responsibilities:Pull and prepare customer orders accurately for shipmentReceive, verify, stage, and stock incoming materialsLoad and unload trucks safely and efficientlyMove and organize materials throughout the warehouseRead and follow work orders to ensure order accuracyMaintain inventory organization and material flowKeep the warehouse clean, organized, secure, and safe at all timesFollow all company safety policies and warehouse proceduresRequired Qualifications:Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. regularlyAbility to bend, twist, pull, and perform physical tasks throughout the shiftAbility to read and understand work ordersStable work history with at least one recent position held for one year or longerMinimal employment gaps or clear explanations for gaps in employmentStrong work ethic and dependable attendanceAbility to work in a physically active warehouse environmentPreferred Qualifications:Previous warehouse experience, including shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory managementForklift operating experienceProduct knowledge or the ability to quickly learn warehouse products and processesExperience working in fast-paced warehouse or distribution environments
