Travel Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist - $2,124 per week

Requirements Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy or Bachelor's with NPTE pass Graduated from an accredited PT school Minimum 1 year experience Current state license as Registered Physical Therapist or in process of licensure Current CPR certification Other requirements as determined by client facility Duties and Responsibilities The Physical Therapist is responsible for assessment of referred patients requiring rehabilitation services, providing direct patient care, developing and administering a treatment program, setting realistic goals, documenting patient condition, and educating patients/families.
