Details Acute care hospital setting with inpatient rehabilitation and swing bed units 99-bed facility including 10 inpatient rehab beds and 15 swing beds 1:1 patient ratio Day shift schedule, Monday-Friday 8:30a-5p with one Saturday per month Holiday coverage required No floating required No call required EMR system used is MedHost Requirements Current OT license required if applicable Minimum 1 year of recent experience in the specialty required Acute care experience required Current BLS certification required New Mexico state OT licensure required Certifications must not expire within first 30 days of assignment start No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months Additional Information Perform OT evaluations, develop and implement treatment plans, and modify age-appropriate care programs Attend care plan meetings and participate in discharge planning Perform administrative duties and participate in performance improvement initiatives Pursue ongoing professional growth and development Fingerprinting required for all New Mexico travelers Candidates must live outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible Requests for time off must be less than one week in duration Travelers who worked as permanent staff at this facility within the past 2 years are not eligible for consideration American Traveler Job ID P-734114.
