Responsibilities Caseload that works for you: Manageable average of 15 patients per day, allowing for meaningful patient interactions and work-life balance. Setting and patients: Inpatient Adult / Women’s Specialty or Adolescents; Optional PHP/IOP work available in the afternoons. Consistent schedule: Monday–Friday daytime hours with minimal weekends and on-call requirements. Arrangement: Employed W-2 or 1099 available. Collaborative culture: Be part of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to innovative and compassionate mental health care. Qualifications Education: NP degree from an accredited and recognized program required. Certifications: Post-graduate PMHNP certificate required. Licsensure: Current Texas APRN license in good standing. Credentialing: Meet all credentialing criteria required by participating providers. Required Experience: 3+ years prior PMHNP work experience (clinical rotations and preceptor hours not included). Why Austin, TX?
