Overview We are seeking a Client Engagement Specialist to guide prospective clients through one of the most important decisions of their lives. Responsibilities Meet with individuals and families facing immigration challenges, understand their situation, and help them make a clear, confident decision about their next steps. Manage consultations, follow‑up, and the pipeline with a high level of ownership. Build trust, communicate clearly, and consistently move conversations toward a decision.
