Healthcare Business Development Manager - Private Duty Home Care

Role: Healthcare Business Development Manager for private duty home care. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, case managers, social workers, and community partners to grow referral volume, active census, and revenue. Conduct in-person and virtual meetings, proactively identify new referral sources, and convert referrals into active cases in coordination with intake. Track referral activities and meet monthly targets. Qualifications & Skills: At least 2 years of healthcare business development or referral-based sales experience, with a background in home care, home health, hospice, or medical staffing. Proven success in growing referrals, census, or revenue. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally across multiple communities. Key Duties: Building relationships, expanding referral networks, and achieving growth targets.
