Payactiv is looking for a Sr Analyst, Growth Marketing to join the User Lifecycle Growth team. Your mission is to drive actionable insights and measurable growth across the customer lifecycle. You will focus on cross-channel marketing campaigns while optimizing user acquisition and engagement through data-driven decision-making and experimentation. This role is hands-on, technical, and highly collaborative, requiring a deep understanding of omni-channel strategies, customer behavior, and performance marketing analytics. What you will do… Drive execution and deliver timely, relevant messaging for core product initiatives from inception to launch across multiple channels including email, push notifications and in-app messaging Design and implement A/B and multivariate tests including hypothesis development, test design, sample sizing and evaluation of success Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop customer communications strategies and execute multi-channel campaigns in Braze in order to optimize customer acquisition and engagement Use data to define segmentation and targeting strategies, evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and iterate on learnings Analyze performance data to identify opportunities across the funnel in order to increase enrollment and usage rates Provide actionable insights to stakeholders turning complex findings into a clear narrative that can influence decision-making and accelerate growth Develop and execute integrated campaigns focused on sponsorship activation to drive brand engagement and user growth. What you need… 5+ years professional experience in database marketing, marketing analytics or growth marketing High data acumen; data-driven decision-maker Understanding of A/B testing, funnel analysis, and customer segmentation Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with ability to clearly and succinctly articulate results and recommendations Highly organized and detail-oriented with a positive attitude and a "can do," solution-oriented mindset Advanced Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets skills with ability to manipulate and analyze large datasets Familiarity with lifecycle marketing platforms (Braze, Iterable, MoEngage) and product analytics tools (Mixpanel, GA, Pendo) Nice to have Marketing experience in high-growth fintech, neobanking or personal finance industries highly preferred Working knowledge in SQL and comfort with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Amplitude, or similar) a plus What we offer… Company sponsored Health, Dental, and Vision insurance 401K, traditional, and Roth with a company match Tuition Assistance or Tuition Reimbursement Unlimited Paid Time off Monthly Gym Reimbursement Paid time off to volunteer Paid Family Leave Complimentary lunches onsite Opportunity to grow Opportunity to work with a great team committed to making a difference.
