Pediatric Occupational Therapist

Overview Location: Ohio. Position: Outpatient Pediatric Occupational Therapist. You will work with children from birth to age twenty-one in an outpatient setting, providing individualized one-to-one care and customized plans of care to meet each child’s needs. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to participate in sessions to carry skills and home exercises into daily life. The environment supports multidisciplinary collaboration, mentorship, autonomy, and growth aligned with each clinician’s interests. Responsibilities Deliver outpatient pediatric occupational therapy for a diverse caseload (birth through 21 years) with individualized evaluation, treatment planning, and interventions. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and provide mentorship- and autonomy-supportive care aligned with clinician strengths. Engage parents and caregivers in sessions to reinforce skills and home exercise programs. Maintain thorough documentation of evaluations, goals, progress notes, and discharge planning in accordance with organizational standards. Participate in continuous professional development and clinical education opportunities offered by Ivy Rehab. Qualifications Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy program. Current or pending licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the relevant state. Commitment to delivering exceptional patient outcomes and high-quality care.
