Job Opportunity: OB/GYN Position

Our organization is in search of a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN to become a part of our esteemed Women’s Health Specialists team located in Auburn, NY. Position Details:
  • Office Hours: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts
  • Hospital Call: Two 24-hour shifts monthly, with a day off following each shift, promoting a healthy work-life balance
  • Office Call: 1 in 4 (telephone consultations only)
  • Access to: Robotics, advanced minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, and comprehensive gynecologic surgical support
Opportunity Highlights:
  • Primary Outpatient Practice Location: 615 N Seward Ave, Auburn, NY 13021
  • Level III NICU: Available at the local hospital
  • Level III Ultrasound Services: Supported by strong Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) and midwifery teams
  • Supportive Leadership: Focused on sustainability and the well-being of providers
  • Deliveries and Surgeries: Conducted in Syracuse, while practicing locally in Auburn, ideal for those wishing to integrate into the community
  • Annual System Volume: Approximately 1,600 deliveries
Qualifications:
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
  • Desire to engage in a comprehensive mix of obstetrics and gynecology
  • Exceptional clinical and communication abilities
  • Strong dedication to collaborative, patient-centered care
  • New and recent graduates are highly encouraged to apply
Recruitment Package:
  • Compensation: $325,000 - $350,000 annually
  • Additional Shift Compensation: Available
  • Starting Bonus: $50,000
  • Retention Bonuses: $25,000 at the start of year 2 and another $25,000 at the start of year 3
  • The stated salary represents the initial range of total compensation and does not account for productivity bonuses, quality incentives, extra shifts, or other cash compensation. Actual compensation may vary based on experience and other factors in accordance with state regulations.
