We're seeking a Logistics Specialist for a 12-month contract to support critical AWS data center infrastructure projects. In this role, you'll help manage the flow of materials used to deploy fiber networking systems that power next-generation cloud and AI technologies. This is a hands-on position ideal for candidates with warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving, or logistics experience who enjoy staying organized and working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, organize, and track incoming materials and inventory
• Perform inventory audits, cycle counts, and maintain accurate records
• Move materials between warehouses and data center locations
• Load, unload, and organize pallets and inventory
• Coordinate shipment and delivery updates with internal teams
• Update inventory and transportation information using Excel, Smartsheet, and other tracking systems
• Support material requests to ensure projects remain on schedule
• Communicate effectively with project teams regarding inventory status and material availability

Qualifications

• Logistics, warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience
• Experience with inventory tracking, audits, or cycle counts preferred
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills, including sorting, filtering, and data entry
• Comfortable learning new systems and tracking tools
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds independently
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between nearby work sites
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• High school diploma or GED required

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time, onsite position
• Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:30 PM
• Overtime opportunities available with approval
• Work will take place across multiple warehouse and data center locations within a short driving distance
• Collaborative team environment with strong day-to-day interaction and support

This is a Contract position based out of New Carlisle, IN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.53 - $17.53/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
