Job Description Information Technology Services department is accepting applications for the position of IT Support Computing Analyst to join the Desktop Support Team. The IT Support Computing Analyst provides technical support, training and guidance to the campus community regarding the use, maintenance, and repair of computer technology. The Support Service organization takes pride in delivering creative solutions while delighting customers during every interaction. The team is highly collaborative within the organization and with our partners. We embrace a fun, engaging, and open‑minded environment both internally and with our campus colleagues. Duties & Responsibilities Provide technical support to active faculty, staff, and designated campus colleagues to address information technology issues with applications, hardware, and the network. Manage and administer organization units (OUs) through Active Directory for supported units. Act as a liaison between users and other technical units. Provide management and support of the O365 environment for supported units. User management using Grouper. Recommend system modifications to reduce user problems. Coordinate configuration, installation, and general troubleshooting of applications and software. Provide user administration and permissions for enterprise systems. Work with and support campus professionals. Additional duties as assigned. #J-18808-Ljbffr
