Resist Rx is hiring a sharp, dependable, high-energy, self-motivated team member to help run the front desk and support daily operations.

This person will welcome clients, manage scheduling and check-ins, help with paperwork and payments, support client setup for therapies and programs, keep systems organized, assist with social media and marketing tasks, and help open or close the business.

This role is for someone polished, organized, proactive, and great with people. You must be able to manage details, move fast, stay professional, and help create an outstanding client experience.

This person must have an interest in their own personal health and wellness and the health and wellness of others.

Hours of Operation

6:00 AM - 6:00 PM MONDAY - SATURDAY

Position will be 40 hours a week, sometime during these operating hours. The employee will have 2 days off per week. An employee must be able to either open or close the business and work Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and check in clients
• Help clients complete intake paperwork
• Manage scheduling and appointment flow
• Maintain client files and tracking systems
• Take payments and support front desk operations
• Help clients get set up on therapies and programs
• Post on social media and assist with marketing tasks
• Open or close the business as needed
• Handle general admin and other assigned duties
• Help maintain a clean and professional environment

Preferred Experience

Experience in front desk operations, POS and client tracking systems, the health, wellness and fitness industry, medical office, spa, or hospitality settings is a plus.
