HR Generalist

We are hiring for an HR Generalist in Hartford, WI. This is an addition to a growing HR team at a successful manufacturer. If you have at least five years experience, this could be a good fit for you.

HR Generalist Responsibilities:

• Recruitment of hourly employees
  
• Conduct new hire onboarding and orientations
  
• Maintain HRIS database
  
• Employee Relations
  

Requirements:

• Five or more years of HR experience
  
• Manufacturing industry experience required
  
• Higher education desired (Associate's or Bachelor's)
  
• Detail oriented and able to prioritize the work day
