We are hiring for an HR Generalist in Hartford, WI. This is an addition to a growing HR team at a successful manufacturer. If you have at least five years experience, this could be a good fit for you.
HR Generalist Responsibilities:- Recruitment of hourly employees
- Conduct new hire onboarding and orientations
- Maintain HRIS database
- Employee Relations
- Five or more years of HR experience
- Manufacturing industry experience required
- Higher education desired (Associate's or Bachelor's)
- Detail oriented and able to prioritize the work day
