Travel Nurse RN - Labor and Delivery - $2,117 per week

Fusion Medical Staffing‑Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a 13‑week travel assignment in Austin, Texas. The position starts ASAP, with 36 hours per week, 12‑hour night shifts, and a travel employment type. Required Qualifications One year of recent experience as a Labor and Delivery RN Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC) NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) Certification Preferred Qualifications AWHONN Fetal Monitoring Certification STABLE and ACLS Certifications (AHA / ARC) Other certifications and licenses may be required for this position Role Summary The Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse provides comprehensive patient care in the obstetric setting. This role encompasses assessing maternal and fetal health, administering treatments, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure high‑quality, patient‑centered care during labor, delivery, and the immediate postpartum period. The position requires strong clinical skills in obstetrics, critical‑thinking abilities, excellent communication, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and professional ethics.
