Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Make a meaningful difference as a travel Occupational Therapist. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while serving patients in Chippewa Falls, WI in a home health setting.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Wisconsin OT license required to start the assignment.
• At least 12 months of hospice or home health experience within the past 3 years (client requirement).
• Experience with HCHB electronic medical record system required.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous travel therapy experience preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 8 hours per day.
• Shift Days: Monday through Friday.
• Call: No on-call required.
• Productivity expectation: 30 productivity points per week.
• Territory includes Milwaukee County; candidate may be expected to cover assigned territory.
