Overview POSITION TITLE: Member Service Specialist STATUS: Non-exempt LOCATION: Westmoreland County office in Montross, VA REPORTS TO: Agency Manager COMPENSATION: $36,000 - $56,000 Annually Our Westmoreland County Farm Bureau Office in Montross, VA has an excellent Full-Time opportunity available for a career oriented, customer focused individual. Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm Responsibilities Providing assistance to the county insurance staff in the solicitation, processing and servicing of our insurance products. Working with our County Board of Directors Promoting Farm Bureau Bank Assist individuals / members with health insurance needs Qualifications Previous administrative support experience Outstanding technical skills, including MS Office applications Effective verbal & written communication Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
