Exciting opportunities are available for Speech-Language Pathologists who are passionate about working with elementary students in an in-person school setting. Immediate openings include two medical leave positions—one running from November through December, and the other from December through the first week of February—as well as a part-time .4 role. These positions offer the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students’ communication skills while contributing to a supportive educational environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current SLP state license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred, but CFY candidates also encouraged to apply
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric SLP setting, especially with elementary-aged children
• Strong knowledge of assessment tools, intervention strategies, and IEP development
• Comfortable working collaboratively with educators, staff, and families
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Ability to adapt to short-term and part-time assignments on site

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students as outlined in their IEPs
• Conduct evaluations and screenings to identify speech, language, or communication disorders
• Develop, implement, and monitor therapy plans tailored to individual student needs
• Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, and families to support students’ progress
• Maintain timely and accurate records in compliance with school and legal guidelines
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to IEP meetings
