We are looking for compassionate, dependable, and experienced caregivers who want to work for a company that values communication, professionalism, and genuine support for both clients and staff.

Our schedulers are available 24/7, so caregivers are never left without support when they need help in the field.

We are currently hiring caregivers throughout the Las Vegas Valley, including Las Vegas, Summerlin, Henderson, and Boulder City.

This position is ideal for caregivers who value flexibility, meaningful one-on-one care, and a team-oriented environment.

• Locally owned and operating since 2008
• Flexible scheduling based on your availability
• Typical shifts range from 4–12 hours
• Hours vary based on client needs and caregiver availability
• 24/7 office and scheduler support
• Ongoing education and caregiver training
• Opportunity to build lasting relationships with clients
• Support obtaining required credentials including:
  • PCA Certification
  • TB Testing
  • Physical Examination

• Provide compassionate in-home care and companionship
• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, meal preparation, mobility assistance, and light housekeeping
• Help clients maintain independence, dignity, and comfort in their homes
• Transport clients to appointments or errands when needed
• Complete caregiver notes and clock in/out using our caregiver app
• Maintain professional communication with families, office staff, and other caregivers
• Keep certifications and required documentation current

You understand that great caregiving is about patience, empathy, respect, and treating every client with dignity.

You arrive on time, communicate clearly, and take pride in providing dependable care.

Professional caregiving experience is strongly preferred. We especially value applicants with prior in-home care, senior care, memory care, hospice support, or facility experience.

Our caregivers work closely with office staff, families, and fellow caregivers to create a positive and consistent care experience.

• Professional caregiving experience strongly preferred

Applicants will need the following during the hiring process:

• PCA Certificate
• CPR / First Aid Certification
• 2-Step TB Test or Chest X-Ray
• Physical Examination
• Fingerprint Clearance / Background Check
• Valid ID / Driver’s License
• Social Security Card
• Auto Insurance & 3-Year Driving History (for drivers)
