Hospitality Specialist

The Hospitality / Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and office support to ensure the smooth daily operations of Joyal Capital Management. This role serves as a first point of contact for clients and guests while supporting internal teams, including the Insurance Team, with coordination, documentation, and reporting activities. Core Administrative Responsibilities Answer and route incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner Greet clients and visitors and direct them to appropriate meeting rooms Coordinate meeting room setup and breakdown, including weekly firm-wide emails outlining upcoming meetings Coordinate welcome signage for client meetings Order food and beverages in advance of meetings as needed Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail Perform firm-wide document shredding in accordance with confidentiality standards Insurance Team Administrative Support Obtain and track medical records required for insurance underwriting and servicing Assist with due diligence reports by gathering, organizing, and maintaining supporting documentation Prepare and distribute weekly global firm reporting Track and report Business of the Month revenue Contact insurance agencies and carriers to obtain updated policy values and required documentation Maintain organized and accurate insurance client files while ensuring confidentiality and compliance standards are met Projects & Additional Duties Manage and organize the downstairs file room, including reviewing, sorting, and maintaining records to improve accessibility and efficiency. #J-18808-Ljbffr Joyal Capital Management
