Join a company where your work directly supports American manufacturing and distribution excellence.Position SummaryThe Shipping & Receiving Associate is responsible for coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting warehouse operations. This role ensures all materials are handled safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards.4 day work week, M-Th, 6am-4pm Health & retirement benefits after 60 daysKey ResponsibilitiesLoad and unload trucks using forklifts and other material handling equipmentVerify incoming shipments against packing slips and purchase ordersPrepare outgoing shipments including packaging, labeling, and documentationInspect products for quality and accuracy prior to shipmentMaintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle countsOrganize warehouse space and ensure materials are stored properlyMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environmentFollow all company safety procedures and policiesQualifications & SkillsHigh school diploma or GED requiredPrevious warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience preferredForklift experience or willingness to become certifiedAbility to read and interpret shipping documents and basic measurementsBasic computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, or similar systems)Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 50–75 lbs regularlyFrequent standing, walking, bending, and liftingAbility to work in a warehouse/manufacturing environmentWork EnvironmentFast-paced manufacturing and distribution settingExposure to varying temperatures and industrial equipmentStandard hours with potential for overtime based on business needsWhat We Offer:Competitive pay based on experience.Full-time, stable employment.Health, dental, and vision insurance.Retirement plan options.Paid time off and holidays.Opportunity to grow within a well-established company.
