Registered Nurse – Progressive/Intermediate Care (R4 Unit)

  Plattsburgh, NY

 $2400/week (based on experience)

 12-Hour Nights | 36 hours/week | 13 Weeks

  Flexible scheduling based on facility needs

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced  Progressive/Intermediate Care Registered Nurse  for a 13-week travel contract. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to patients requiring close monitoring and strong clinical assessment skills.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe and effective nursing care to patients in an Intermediate/Progressive Care setting.
• Monitor patient condition, interpret data, and respond to changes promptly.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Administer medications, document care, and maintain patient safety.
• Support patient and family education as part of discharge planning.

Requirements

• Active  State RN License .
• Minimum 2 years of recent Progressive/Intermediate Care experience.
• Current  BLS and ACLS certifications required.
