This facility provides Primary Care, Walk-In Care, Behavioral Health Services, and Pain Management Services.

Qualifications:

Graduated from a NLN accredited NP program (MSN preferred) and Maine licensure
Graduated from an accredited PA program and certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants, and current Maine licensure
CPR and ACLS
