Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Office Assistant to join our team in Sioux City, IA. This role involves a mix of customer service, administrative tasks, and occasional vehicle-related duties. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to provide excellent service to clients both in person and over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service both over the phone and in person
• Schedule reservations and service appointments efficiently
• Take and communicate detailed messages to appropriate team members
• Handle incoming calls with professionalism
• Perform basic data entry tasks
• Conduct basic vehicle upkeep as required

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license
• Basic vehicle knowledge
• Basic computer skills
• Organizational skills
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet physical demands (walking, crouching, bending, standing for extended periods)
• Willingness to comply with company policies and uphold service standards
• Must pass a background check
• Must pass Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)

Pay and Hours

Pay Rate: $18.00/hr

Pay Cycle: Weekly

Work Schedule:

• Monday-Friday: 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM
• Saturdays: Alternating
