- Provide outstanding customer service both over the phone and in person
- Schedule reservations and service appointments efficiently
- Take and communicate detailed messages to appropriate team members
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism
- Perform basic data entry tasks
- Conduct basic vehicle upkeep as required
- Valid driver's license
- Basic vehicle knowledge
- Basic computer skills
- Organizational skills
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet physical demands (walking, crouching, bending, standing for extended periods)
- Willingness to comply with company policies and uphold service standards
- Must pass a background check
- Must pass Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
- Monday-Friday: 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM
- Saturdays: Alternating
