In-Home Registered Nurse — Medicare & Palliative Care

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver patient-centered in-home care for Medicare patients in the assigned area. You will work with physicians, NPs and care teams to address needs across the care continuum, including urgent interventions and care coordination. Requirements include an active RN license, CPR certification, and 3+ years of direct patient-facing RN experience.
