Production Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production & Operations Coordinator to support daily manufacturing operations and provide administrative and project support to executive leadership. This role serves as a key liaison between Production, Quality, Shipping, Maintenance, Purchasing, Customer Service, and Sales to help ensure efficient operations and successful project execution. Schedule Monday - Friday 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM Responsibilities Coordinate daily operational activities and support production scheduling Track action items, projects, and key performance indicators (KPIs) Prepare reports, meeting agendas, and documentation Assist with inventory reconciliation and production reporting Support food safety, quality, and SQF compliance activities, including audit preparation and document control Coordinate cross-functional communication and support continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications Manufacturing experience preferred ERP system experience preferred Food manufacturing and/or SQF experience is a plus Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in both office and manufacturing environments Benefits Salary: $80,000-$90,000 Established and financially stable manufacturing organization Collaborative culture where employee ideas and input are valued Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the business Competitive compensation and benefits package If you're a proactive professional who enjoys keeping operations organized and driving continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment, we'd love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
