Job Description Company Overview Kristal Graphics is a family-owned business with over 28 years of experience serving the printing industry. We operate two retail locations and specialize in commercial printing services, committed to delivering high-quality visual solutions to our clients. Overview We are looking for a creative, talented, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create professional and engaging visual content across multiple platforms. Responsibilities Create graphics for social media, websites, advertisements, flyers, brochures, and promotional materials Develop visually appealing designs that align with company branding Create and edit digital and Printing materials Work with team members to understand design needs and project requirements Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines Make revisions based on feedback while maintaining quality and consistency Prepare files for print and digital use Maintain organized design files and brand assets Stay current with design trends and creative best practices Assist with other marketing and creative projects as needed Qualifications Previous experience in graphic design preferred Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design software Strong understanding of typography, color, layout, and branding Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines A portfolio showcasing previous design work is preferred What We Offer $22-$25 per hour, based on experience Full-time opportunity Creative and collaborative work environment Opportunity for professional growth Training and support If you are passionate about design and enjoy creating professional, eye-catching content, we would love to hear from you!
